HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

İNİTİAL CONSULATİON

During our first meeting, we'll engage in a comprehensive discussion to better understand your lifestyle, goals, obstacles, preferences, budget, and movement background. 

This forms the foundation for crafting a tailored roadmap together.


2.

PLAN DELİVERY AND VİDEO SUBMİSSON

Your personalized plan will be available through our app, with daily session breakdowns featuring detailed instructions and video demonstrations for each exercise. 

Before starting, you’ll submit videos of certain exercises, allowing me to review your form.


3.

START AND CHECK-İNS

Once you begin your program we will conduct regular bi weekly and monthly check-ins to track your development.

This is a great opportunity to address any challenges, and make necessary adjustments to optimize your plan, so we make sure you stay on track toward your goals.


4.

CONTİNUOUS FEEDBACK AND DİSCOVERY

With each month and milestone , we’ll find new areas to explore or dive deeper into the skills you’ve already developed.
