Hello, everyone! I'm Aksel, a passionate movement enthusiast deeply invested in exploring and sharing a comprehensive approach to fitness and health. For more than a decade, I've been guiding individuals on their fitness journeys, empowering them to build strong and resilient bodies that sustain a healthy and active lifestyle.

My journey began as a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach. However, my path has led me to delve into various disciplines and methodologies over the years, continuously researching and learning. My aim is to cultivate a comprehensive approach to health and fitness, transcending conventional perceptions of physicality.

I started my journey by studying and teaching traditional fitness and strength methodologies while deeply immersing myself in the bodybuilding world. Despite the improvement in my appearance, I came to a profound realization – I wasn't feeling better. In that moment of self-reflection, I longed for more than just a sculpted physique; I yearned for a holistic sense of well-being.

It was at this moment that I knew a change was needed. I missed the days of being athletic, agile, and feeling confident and free in my movement. The rigid structure of bodybuilding had taken a toll on my body, and I craved a more dynamic and fulfilling approach to fitness. While this phase taught me invaluable lessons about dedication and pushing physical boundaries, I soon realized it was only a fragment of what true wellness encompasses.

This realization marked a turning point in my fitness journey. It wasn't merely a shift from bodybuilding to movement; it was a profound evolution—a conscious decision to break free from the limitations of conventional fitness. I recognized that true wellness encompassed more than external appearances; it was about fostering a connection between the body, mind, and soul.

With determination, I embarked on a transformative journey toward embracing movement as a core pillar of holistic fitness. I explored diverse modalities, integrating elements of functional movement, mobility, nutrition, and mindfulness.
