 They're regularly updated every 4-6 weeks to ensure ongoing progress. Following a periodization principle, your program evolves through different phases, targeting key areas for a well-rounded progression and training specificity. Workout Video Instructions

Every exercise in your program comes with detailed instructions and videos.  This resource is designed to assist you in performing exercises with proper form, understanding movement mechanics and ensuring maximum effectiveness and safety throughout your journey.

Form Check/Video Feedback

You are expected to submit videos of requested exercises for ensuring you are performing correctly and safely. Based upon your videos, I will be providing you with specific corrections and suggestions, as well as answering any question you might have.

Monthly Check-In Video Call

We might work on general mobility where we restore function and improve joint specific mobility or we can also work on specific drills for getting front splits, middle splits, pancake, bridge.
