Every exercise in your program comes with detailed instructions and videos. This resource is designed to assist you in performing exercises with proper form, understanding movement mechanics and ensuring maximum effectiveness and safety throughout your journey.

You are expected to submit videos of requested exercises for ensuring you are performing correctly and safely. Based upon your videos, I will be providing you with specific corrections and suggestions, as well as answering any question you might have.
